ExaRouter is a digital-only AI infrastructure API platform operated by ExaRouter. All products and services offered by ExaRouter are delivered electronically. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods.

2. Digital Delivery

All services provided by ExaRouter are accessed through our web platform and API endpoints. Upon account creation or purchase, you will receive immediate access to the applicable services, including:

• API Access: API keys are generated instantly and can be used to access the models and services available to your account.
• Credits: Purchased credits are added to your account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• Subscriptions: Subscription plans are activated instantly upon successful payment processing.

3. Service Availability

Our API and platform services are made available subject to scheduled maintenance, provider availability, and the Terms of Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

4. Account Access

After completing registration or purchase, you can access your services by logging into your account at exarouter.com. API keys and usage dashboards are available in your account settings immediately.

5. No Physical Shipments

As a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, ExaRouter does not process, package, or ship any physical products. There are no shipping fees, delivery timelines, or carrier logistics associated with our services.
